Colloidal Millare is a machine designed specially for fine grinding and homogenizing of pastes and liquids such as ketchup, juices, squash, etc.
The material is fed to the hopper by gravity or pumped, so that it passes between the rotor and stator elements. It is the place where the material is subjected to high shearing forces.
The material discharged from the hopper is often re-circulated for a second pass. Food grade steel is used in the making of all the contact parts.
